New Real Estate Roundtable survey - market still dysfuntional, but expect upswing (eventually)

The latest survey from the Real Estate Roundtable, as reported by CoStar, not surprisingly found pessimism about the current market - the so-called sentiment index is at 49 (bad). But the goods news is that a big majority also thought things can basically only get better from here.
